This is for the purpose of providing the requested services, correctly identifying users who request personalized services in the Trope MC App, performing basic administrative tasks, and keeping users informed—by email or other means—about new features, products, and services related to Trope MC. In the case of commercial communications via email or similar means, the user expressly consents to receiving advertising through said channel.
Trope MC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal data and treating it with the required confidentiality, assuming technical, organizational, and security measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized access, or processing. Data Usage
Users expressly and freely accept that their personal data may be processed by tropemc.org and TROPE MC LLC for the following purposes:

It is forbidden to reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly communicate Trope MC or any of its components without prior written consent.
Users may only use the content for personal, private purposes. Commercial or illicit use is strictly prohibited. Trope MC assumes no responsibility for third-party misuse of platform content and may take legal action in the event of a violation.
Modifications
To improve its services, Trope MC reserves the right to modify, expand, or temporarily suspend the presentation, configuration, technical specifications, or services of the App at any time and without prior notice.
Trope MC also reserves the right to change these terms of use or any specific conditions at any time.
Disclaimer
Trope MC is not responsible for typographical, formatting, or numerical errors that the App may contain, or for the accuracy of its content. It is also not responsible for user-submitted opinions or comments.
