Welcome to Trope MC LLC. We are registered under the name TROPE MC LLC, EIN 32-0780450, at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE N, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States.

Use of Trope MC

Access to and use of Trope MC are subject to these Terms of Use. By continuing to access and use Trope MC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in our services or practices. We strive to notify you by email of any material changes that may affect you. However, you should regularly check this page to see if any changes have been made.

If you are a member, any change will take effect on the date of your next payment after the update, unless otherwise notified.

If you continue to use Trope MC after any change to these Terms of Use, you will be deemed to have accepted such changes. If you do not agree with such changes, you must stop using Trope MC.

Membership and Registration

To become a member, you must be 18 years of age or older, and by registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Your access to Trope MC is permitted on the condition that:

  • you are the sole owner and operator of the email address you provide;
  • you provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration.

You are responsible for any use of Trope MC. Make sure that anyone accessing Trope MC through your account is aware of these Terms of Use and complies with them.

You may cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to contact@tropemc.org.

If You Are an iOS User and Subscribed Through the Apple App Store:

You must also cancel your subscription to Trope MC through your iTunes / App Store account to ensure your membership is fully canceled.

After your request, we will immediately deactivate your membership and your access to Trope MC will be terminated. We will delete all content stored in your account and your user details (except when the law requires us to retain such information or we need to retain certain details for legal reasons). You will lose all your contacts and personal media when your account is terminated.

Any retained information will be archived in an inactive database in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

Access to Trope MC

Access to Trope MC and any information, messages, posts, stories, videos, images, and other content displayed on Trope MC is permitted in accordance with and subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and specifically our Community Guidelines. You may only access Trope MC for individual, personal, and non-commercial use.

We may at any time restrict, suspend, or terminate your membership and/or access to Trope MC immediately if we believe you may be breaching these Terms of Use or any other terms and policies referenced herein, or misusing our services. We will notify you in writing using the contact information you provided.

Our right to restrict your access or use of Trope MC may include (but is not limited to) limiting the number of your connections and your ability to contact other members through our messaging service.

Availability of Trope MC

We regularly update Trope MC and may change the content at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify Trope MC without notice. If Trope MC is unavailable at any time for any reason, we will refund you accordingly.

You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access Trope MC.

Please note that the use of Trope MC is subject to your device meeting our minimum technical specifications and compatibility requirements. You are advised to check these specifications to ensure your mobile device is compatible with Trope MC, and we will not be liable for any failure of Trope MC due to such incompatibility (including, but not limited to, minimum storage and memory requirements from time to time).

Trust in Trope MC and the Content

The content available on Trope MC is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to meet your specific needs.

We disclaim all liability arising from your use of Trope MC (including, but not limited to, loss of reputation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, domestic issues, relationship breakdowns, and/or any other damage resulting from communications or meetings with other members or individuals you meet through Trope MC) and any reliance placed by any visitor or user of Trope MC or anyone who may be informed of any Content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member. We do not verify the statements made by our members. We do not perform criminal background checks on our members. We make no representations or warranties regarding the behavior of our members or their compatibility with other current or future members.

Your Content / User Content

Trope MC allows you to upload your own content or participate in one-on-one or private group interactions (“Your Content” or “User Content”).

Due to the nature of Your Content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of any content posted on Trope MC. Although we strive to enforce the rules set out in these Terms of Use, we cannot fully monitor or moderate all content posted on Trope MC, and some users may abuse the messaging service or behave inappropriately. Furthermore, we are not responsible for opinions and advice expressed within Your Content.

Your Content must comply with the Community Guidelines outlined above.

If you believe that any User Content posted on Trope MC is false, offensive, obscene, illegal, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, you may notify us by email at info@tropemc.com. Upon receiving complaints about User Content, we will review the content in question and decide whether to remove or edit it.

You assume full responsibility for any User Content that you or we publish and agree to be liable for any claims made against us by any third party regarding your User Content. You retain ownership of intellectual property rights and other rights in Your Content. However, you grant Trope MC a limited license to publish Your Content so that Trope MC can deliver the website/app services effectively (for example, you grant a license for your profile photo to be displayed on your profile page).

Intellectual Property

Trope MC and its Content are protected by certain rights. These rights include all patent rights, invention rights, copyrights, database rights, performer rights, moral rights, trademarks and service marks, trade names and domain names, goodwill and the right to sue for unfair competition or passing off, design rights, and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights, whether registered or unregistered (“Rights”).

These Rights belong directly to us or are licensed to us by their respective owners or licensors.

You may only view, download, and store on a compatible device, print, use, quote, and mention Trope MC and the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use, and provided that appropriate attribution is given where applicable. Any attribution must include a link to Trope MC. You may not use Trope MC or any content for any purpose other than those stated above.

Your use of the Content is subject to the Community Guidelines.

Community Guidelines

As a member of Trope, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the rules outlined in this section.

You agree that:

  • You will ensure that any information you post complies with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, privacy laws, obscene content, intellectual property laws, spam laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • You will provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You will use a valid email account and a real mobile phone number to register.
  • You will not use offensive, obscene, pornographic, indecent, malicious, threatening, abusive, harmful, defamatory, or illegal terms in your profile or descriptions.
  • You will use the services in a professional manner.

You agree not to:

  • Act dishonestly or unprofessionally, including posting inappropriate or inaccurate content.
  • Provide incorrect or out-of-place information in the designated fields.
  • Use an image that does not represent your likeness in your profile.
  • Fake affiliations with individuals or entities, past or present.
  • Create a Trope profile for another real person.
  • Use or attempt to use another member’s account.
  • Restrict other users from using or enjoying Trope.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Send spam or other unsolicited communications.
  • Track or copy information from other profiles by automated means or manually.
  • Alter the functionality or appearance of Trope in another user’s browser.
  • Act in an illegal, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory manner.
  • Share information you are not legally entitled to share.
  • Use content that infringes third-party or Trope’s rights.
  • Collect or store personal data of other users.

When you post Your Content, you agree that:

  • You will not promote discrimination, racism, hatred, violence, or physical harm to people or animals.
  • The content will be original and will not infringe third-party rights.
  • You will not link to offensive, illegal, pornographic, or violent content.
  • You will not post unsolicited advertising, promotions, or messages.
  • You will not impersonate another person or organization.
  • You will not introduce viruses or harmful code.
  • You will not promote illegal activities such as drugs or weapons.
  • You will not share images of others without their consent.
  • You will not interfere with the privacy or private communications of others.

Your Responsibility to Us

You acknowledge that any use of Trope or its content in a manner not expressly permitted by these Terms may infringe our rights or those of third parties. We reserve all rights and legal remedies against you for any such infringement.

You will be responsible for all legal costs arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms of Use.
  • Your unauthorized use of Trope and/or its content.

Links to Trope

You may link to Trope as long as you do so in a fair and legal manner and do not harm our reputation or take advantage of it. In particular, you must not create a link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval, or endorsement by us when there is none.

You may not frame Trope on any other site, nor link to any part of Trope other than the login page.

Trope MC and/or the Content may contain links to third-party websites and services. If you choose to visit any third-party site or use a third-party service, you do so at your own risk. For example, if you are a paying member, a third-party provider (such as PayPal) will collect and process your payment data. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites or services. Links do not imply that we or Trope MC are affiliated with or endorse such websites or services.

Your browsing and interaction on any other website or your use of other services, including websites and services that link to Trope MC, are subject to the rules and policies of that operator. Please read those rules and policies before proceeding.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of Andorra and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
