The present Privacy Policy regulates the access and use of the Website (hereinafter, the “Website”) that TROPE MC places at the disposal of internet users (hereinafter, the “Users”) interested in the contents (hereinafter, the “Contents”) and services (hereinafter, the “Services”) offered by TROPE MC.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not lawful and if the exercise of his/her rights is not satisfied. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant about the course and outcome of the complaint.

9.- Data security.

The protection of the privacy and personal data of Users is very important to TROPE MC. Therefore, TROPE MC has taken all possible measures to prevent your data from being misused, allowing access only to authorised personnel.

TROPE MC maintains adequate security for the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data provided by the User through the Website, without prejudice to informing the User that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

TROPE MC undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality with regard to personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation.

TROPE MC shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the User’s failure to comply with this obligation.

10.- Transfers and/or assignments to third parties.

  • Google LLC, provider of services such as Google Analytics, Firebase and Search Console, which allow us to analyse the use of the application, improve the user experience and manage certain technical aspects. These services may involve international transfers of data to the United States, covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

  • RevenueCat, Inc., used to manage subscriptions and payments within the application.

  • Hetzner Online GmbH, provider of cloud infrastructure, where our servers and databases are hosted. The data centres are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), which ensures that the data remains within an adequate protection framework.

In addition, artificial intelligence technologies may be used for the automated moderation and classification of images and user-generated content. Such technologies will be implemented in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations at all times, and risks will be assessed by means of the corresponding impact analysis (DPIA), where necessary.

Under no circumstances will data be transferred to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes unrelated to the provision of the service, unless there is a legal obligation or prior and informed consent of the User.
